Our Vision

By God’s grace and power, we aim to be a worshipping, serving people, committed to following and becoming like Jesus, and helping others do the same.

Put simply our aim is to help people follow Jesus. This includes helping people to begin following Jesus and encouraging those already doing so.  

This is our text from the Bible for 2022:
'Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand.' 1 Corinthians 15 v. 1

We belong to the wider Baptist family of Baptist churches in the UK, the Central Baptist Association and also have close links with the other Christian churches in Hoddesdon through Churches Together in Hoddesdon. We are also members of the Evangelical Alliance.
